Robin Blanchard is Vice President of the Savills Montreal office. He provides exceptional leadership to the high-performing Industrial Group responsible for industrial brokerage services, including sales and leasing, tenant and landlord representation. Robin has 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has earned a reputation as a seasoned negotiator with strong communication skills who enjoys navigating complex issues. He is adept at sourcing new business opportunities and has also advised and managed the portfolios of numerous Fortune 500 corporate accounts. Robin has also provided expert services to tenants, landlords, and investors. While his career has been grounded in his current industrial asset class specialty, he is also well-versed and experienced with office leasing. His educational background exemplifies his convictions on people's relationship with their surroundings and the importance of environmental awareness in both business and human applications.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Robin has been Real Estate Broker with OACIQ, the authority of real estate brokerage in Quebec, since 2004. He is committed to supporting philanthropic causes in his community including the Missing Children’s Foundation. He actively works to raise awareness and funds as a committee member for the organization’s annual golf tournament since 2017. Robin remains passionate in the sport of Olympic sailing with a long history coaching some of the top youth sailors at the provincial and national level with both the Fédération de la Voile du Québec (FVQ) and Sail Canada.
