Professional Expertise
Paul Fischlin is Executive Vice President in Savills Montreal office responsible for industrial leasing, land and building sales, and capital markets.
Prior to joining Savills, Paul was Senior Vice President within the Industrial Real Estate Services Group of Jones Lang La Salle (JLL) in Montreal. He provided advisory services and executed lease and sale transactions on behalf of his clients. From local entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies, Paul has worked with a wide range of businesses and implements a customized strategy based on each client’s specific operational requirements and relevant market conditions. His market knowledge, combined with a well-planned execution strategy, allows him to consistently negotiate better-than-market lease terms and sale agreements for his clients.
Paul brings to clients over 38 years of experience in real estate transaction management. Much of Paul’s career was spent managing the leasing of several Montreal-based office and industrial real estate portfolios for institutional and private investors. His career has included marketing and leasing a prominent office tower for Canderel, and after much success and advancement, became a Partner and member of the Senior Management Team that acquired O&Y Properties' Real Estate Management Division to form Arcturus Realty Corporation in 2006, a national property manager.
In 2008, Paul returned to brokerage and was Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ Canada). With his profound knowledge of the innerworkings of real estate management, Paul continues to work as a seasoned leasing professional in Montreal, representing the long-term interests of major companies, in addition to selling real estate assets for clients.

Paul has supported the Old Brewery Mission Foundation as a Board Member from 2011 to 2017.
