George Manousos brings over 15 years of diversified experience and a fresh perspective to real estate services. Prior to joining Savills, George was Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. He also held managing positions at DTZ, Drake International, Universal Accounting, and Access Capital. As managing director at Drake International, he was instrumental in winning exclusive mandates with clients such as Hydro Quebec, Bell Canada, Carlson, and MUHC. While as the North American Director for Access Capital, George was responsible for financing several sizable commercial and residential mortgage loans and was instrumental in hiring, training, and setting objectives for over 70 agents.

Over the course of his career, George has developed partnerships with key clients, identifying and capitalizing upon market opportunities to drive revenue and profit growth, cross-selling divisions. With strong relations with many of North America’s top lenders, he executed large brokerage agreements and provided financing. Maintaining strong and long-lasting professional relations with clients is a philosophy that he strongly believes in.
