Marketing and Communications
Tracy provides the Montreal Industrial Team with administrative and marketing support. Her main responsibilities are to market mandated properties by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data;maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows;maintaining databases; preparing reports, preparing sales pitches.
Prior to joining JLL’s Industrial team, Tracy worked as an Executive Marketing Assistant for a team of 3 high profile Montreal Brokers at Cushman & Wakefield for 9 years. She was also responsible for creating new marketing literature and business development for her team to ensure client satisfaction. Tracy also worked as a real estate broker on the residential side of the business and understands the importance of client retention and providing excellent service.
