Brandon Allen is Executive Vice President in Savills Montreal office, responsible for industrial leasing and sales, investment sales, and landlord and tenant representation.

Prior to joining Savills, Brandon was Executive Vice President of the Industrial Real Estate Services Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Montréal. Brandon provided advisory services and executed industrial lease and sale transactions on behalf of his clients.  From local entrepreneurs to Fortune 500companies, Brandon has worked with a wide range of businesses and implements a customized operating strategy based on each client’s needs and relevant market conditions. His market knowledge, combined with a well-planned and executed strategy, allows him to consistently negotiate better than market lease and sale agreements for all his clients.

Brandon began working as a commercial real estate broker in 2007. His extensive business and educational experiences have made Brandon one of Montreal’s premiere corporate real estate advisors.  A true understanding of his client’s needs, attention to detail, hard work, and integrity are exemplified in his work.  Brandon’s critical thinking, vast market knowledge, and aggressive negotiating skills provide his clients with a unique advantage when implementing their real estate strategies and executing transactions.  The long-term relationships he has with his clients are a testament to the substantial value he adds and to the quality of his work.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

In 2017, Brandon achieved the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation. The SIOR designation recognizes the world’s top-performing brokers and is bestowed upon a small percentage of active Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Canada, the United States, and abroad. Currently, there are fewer than 35 SIOR designees/members in Quebec.  Exceptional ethical standards, consistently high transaction volumes, and recognized experience levels are pre requisites for admission to this professional organization.
