Justin Share is an Associate for the Savills Montreal office responsible for industrial leasing, investment sales, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Savills, Justin was a Market Research Analyst with the Industrial Real Estate Service Group at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Montréal. His main responsibilities included quarterly market reporting, data gathering and input, market searches and surveys, and support to the brokerage team. He worked within that role since February of 2021.

Prior to working with Savills’ team, Justin was a business development coach with the Student Works Management Program for 2 years. His responsibilities included coaching and assisting university students to run their own successful home-renovation style businesses. He has experience in sales, marketing, training and management of job sites.
