Biography
Andrew Issa is an Associate in Savills Montreal office, advising landlords and tenants on industrial leasing, acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic real estate decisions.
After completing Savills’ Junior Broker Development Program, Andrew brings across-disciplinary background spanning Industrial Brokerage, Research, Consulting, Business Development, Project Management, AI, Global Occupier Services (GOS), and Life Sciences. This foundation allows him to combine market intelligence, financial analysis, and execution-driven thinking to deliver precise, data-backed advice to clients.
Prior to joining Savills, Andrew interned at Bank of America - Merrill Lynch in Sales& Trading, where he developed a strong foundation in capital markets, analytics, and institutional-grade decision-making. He graduated with distinction from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, earning a Major in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate. Andrew is an ARGUS Enterprise Certified Professional and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society.
