Prior to joining Savills, David was Vice President of Michael White Realties, Inc. In this leadership role, he demonstrated strong acumen in negotiating, disposition of assets, leasing, and sale-leaseback transactions, representing a range of businesses from small and medium-sized companies to multinational firms and Fortune 500 corporations.

In 2023, David achieved the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation. The SIOR designation recognizes the world’s top-performing real estate brokers; only a small percentage of active Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Canada, the United States, and abroad hold it.
