Associate Vice President, Certified Real Estate Broker
Peter is an Associate Vice President within the Industrial Services Group of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Montréal. As an Associate Vice President, his role is to assist the Industrial Services Group by providing Real Estate Advisory Services to clients. His main responsibilities include business development, negotiate sale and lease transactions, and expand the Industrial team’s coverage in the Greater Montréal Area (GMA).
Peter specializes in industrial real estate transactions for both occupiers and landlords. He covers the entire GMA and has built a particular expertise in Laval, North-Shore and West Island sub-markets.
In 2010, Peter joined JLL as a Research Analyst in the Shared Services Group in Montréal. His responsibilities included analyzing commercial leasing and sales activity, assessing economic conditions,articulating market opinions, identifying trends and effectively detailing market information to key investors, corporate occupiers and internal decision-makers of JLL Americas. Prior to joining JLL, Peter was a student in Urban Planning at Concordia University.
In 2009 Peter worked as an intern at the City of Kirkland’s Town Planning Department. His experience in the Urban Planning field allowed him to expand his knowledge in municipal and provincial processes and regulations, along with construction and real estate. Before having begun his university education, Peter was a Mortgage Consultant with NovImm Financial Mortgage Brokers (Formerly Club Prêt). Peter acquired a high volume of clientele, allowing him to expand his knowledge on the financial side of a real estate transaction.
Education and Affiliations
Peter is a Certified Real Estate Broker AEO in the Province of Québec who graduated from the Bachelor of Arts program at Concordia University, specializing in Urban Planning with a minor in Political Science. He can be characterized as a philanthropist and is an active member of the community, most notably as a member of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association.
